With my basic Bootstrap template, changing between pages (using CRA + React-Router) was near instant. One of the first things I've noticed is how much slower it is compared to what I was doing before. I've also redone the rest of my site with MUI (it's not a huge frontend so it wasn't a tremendous task). I copied one of the starter templates and adapted it to my needs. I've just started messing with it and I'm still learning. You could resize and display them on all different resolutions and common platforms and they will still look readable. So I've more or less left the layout for the end. Initially I had some basic Bootstrap classes set up but wasn't really focusing on layout until I had things functioning. ![]() I know Reactstrap exists, but I read it wasn't great and have heard good things about MUI so I wanted to try it. I was using Bootstrap for my UI at first since that's what I'm familiar with, but then I read it's reliance on jQuery isn't great with React.
